Students should bring their own smocks or wear clothes that are appropriate for art-making.
Independent Study/Teen Intensive classes are taught by two instructors who guide students to develop their own ideas.
Students will:
- Cultivate eye-to-hand coordination
- Improve observational and technical skills
- Develop a series of images which reflect their creative interest
- Acquire knowledge and skill in the media of their choice
- Create a portfolio which may be presented for admission to an institution of higher learning
Sessions are 6 weeks. Independent study students must be recommended for this class. All teens are welcome.
