Ages 5, 6 & 7 (1 Hour)
Class size is limited to ensure that each student has their own desk. Face masks are optional. Supplies and work surfaces are cleaned between uses. We will minimize sharing of materials as much as possible.
Students should bring their own smocks or wear clothes that are appropriate for art-making. Urban Arts will no longer provide smocks
Art Exploration classes strengthen creativity, and build technical skills.
Students will:
- Be exposed to art history and art concepts
- Work on projects which extend from week to week, enhancing sustained focus
- Learn the proper handling of diverse media (pencil, charcoal, marker, pastel, watercolor, tempera, acrylic, ink etc).
